Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations up to 48 hours before the service are fully refundable. • Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable. • All bookings must be confirmed; unconfirmed bookings will not be considered.

Damage Policy

• Clients are responsible for maintaining the interior condition of the vehicle. • Any damages caused by the client will be charged accordingly.
